Cooked Fresh To-Order

To ensure the freshest food and the best possible experience for our dine-in guests, Nelson’s Buffet does not currently offer advance catering orders.

However, guests are always welcome to purchase bulk pans or larger quantities directly from the buffet during regular business hours. Because we prepare our food fresh throughout the day, some larger orders may require a short wait while your food is cooked for you.
